Our Approach
The first thing we did was sit down with the NovaPay founders for a deep-dive discovery call. We wanted to understand their business, their target investors, and what they were trying to achieve with this round. We asked questions about their vision, their traction so far, what made their solution different, and what kind of investors they were pitching to. This gave us everything we needed to build a strategy before we even opened a design tool.
From there, our content team got to work restructuring the entire narrative. We reorganized the deck from the ground up — starting with a strong problem statement that would immediately grab attention, moving into a clear and compelling solution, and then building through market opportunity, business model, traction, team, and financials. Every slide had one job: to move the investor one step closer to saying yes.
Once the content structure was locked in and approved by the client, our design team took over. We built a clean, modern visual identity for the deck that matched NovaPay’s brand — using their colors, typography, and logo while elevating everything to look premium and professional. Complex financial data and market statistics were turned into simple, easy-to-read charts and visual infographics. Every slide was designed with a strong visual hierarchy so that investors could absorb the key message in seconds, without getting lost in text.
The Result
We delivered the final deck in just 6 business days — ahead of the client’s deadline. The NovaPay team went into their investor meetings feeling confident and prepared. The feedback from investors was immediate and positive. Multiple investors commented on how clear and well-structured the deck was, and how easy it was to understand the business opportunity. Within three months of starting their fundraising process, NovaPay successfully closed a $2.5M seed round.
